Sometimes the setting of the extender is wrong then the 5GHz network is not working. To manually resolve the issue you should verify the setting in an accurate manner. To verify the extender setting, you can open the browser utility and then input the login default IP address. After inputting the IP address, the login window is displayed. You can log in to the account by input the admin password in their field. After visiting the home page of the extender and selecting the setting option. Under the setting, you can select the wireless setting option. Under this setting, you properly verify the network band, wireless channel, internet connection, & security p[ortocol. If any setting is configured wrong then you quickly modify this setting and then click the save option.
To properly resolve the 5GHz network issue, you can restart the extender device. Before restarting this device, you need to check that you have not made any wired connection with this device. If you have a wired connection then it will have to be disconnected. Then, unplug the extender into the power outage. Now, you can press the power button for a few settings and LEDs status off. That means your device powers off in an accurate manner. After 10-15 minutes, you can plug the device into the power supply and turn ON the device again with the power button.

Sometimes, if you use an incorrect password then the 5GHz network is not working. Then, you should verify the password. If you use an incorrect password then you can remove this password. After that, you can use the correct password, and then the 5GHz network accurately works.
