Duration and location
Hampta Pass Trek is a 5-6 day trip starting from Manali at Himachal Pradesh. This beautiful track is surrounded by stunning waterfalls, flowers and maple forests. This is best suited for beginners because it has enough adventurous feelings attached to it. So, Hampta Pass itself connects the “deity valley” called Manali to “middleland” called Spiti Valley.
On the one hand, this is surrounded by meadows and splendor while the other side is a quiet repetition of spiti. Usually, people cross from Hampta Pass and head to Lake Chandratal. On the last day, if the road is open, then you will also get the chance to see the amazing Chandratal lake.
You don’t need to worry too much about acclimatization for Hampta Pass Trek. However, because you will reach 14,000 feet, it is always recommended to rest and go easy to enjoy the beauty of this trip.

Snow starts melting around July, however, you should expect rain on the side of Manali from mid-July. The spi valley does not experience the rainy season as we know and you will experience bright sunlight (and rainbow metaphoris, unicorn, butterflies) in this period!
After staying in the hill & after traveling widely in beautiful places (including cooler winter months). I am a strong believer that the weather is the solution to make people happy.
When hot (weather ala Delhi) and moist (like weather in Mumbai), the natural tendency of the body (and soul?) Must be irritated. Change the scenery, replace the weather, and you will see everyone happy & satisfied with life! What do you think? Comment below!
